All photography sessions must be booked in advance. Available times are weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A deposit may be required to secure your booking date.
48-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No-Show Fee: $50 - Failure to appear for your scheduled session without prior notice will result in a $50 no-show fee.
VLO Photography retains all copyrights to photographs. Clients receive a personal usage license for the images provided. VLO Photography will obtain written consent from clients before using any images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes.
Edited digital images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session via digital download. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. All images are professionally edited and color-corrected.
For outdoor sessions, inclement weather may require rescheduling. VLO Photography will work with you to find an alternative date at no additional charge. Indoor backup locations may be available.
VLO Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items during sessions. Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of minors and pets during photography sessions. Locations are chosen at mutual agreement and risk.
Payment is due in full at the time of the session unless other arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment services. Late payments may incur additional fees.
